It got confusing when ALL of the polychords in this had seven notes in them, because then they were all the same, and it was hard to tell

which one I was playing. I'm half joking, half serious here. It did reach the point where the chords got so thick that they were interfering

with hearing the progression, and I had to back off, to the tune of eight hours of cutting notes out. I was looking for that boundary, and I guess

I found it. Erroll Garner's "Misty" has five-voice chords that confuse a lot of people who try to find them, and I wanted to pit myself against 

the same problems he faced. He did better than I did, because he was a better musician, but I sure as the world don't get better when I don't 

   try.    This tune got a rewrite on Feb 16, 2006, which simplified the arrangement  and utilized cleaner-sounding instrumentation.
